I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Edgware Rd station and surrounded by shops. The rooms were spotless and modern, exactly like the pictures showed, but being under the air conditioning unit was a downside. The service was friendly, though sometimes the staff struggled to answer questions. I felt a bit unsafe walking around after 22:00, but the stop directly outside took me to all the tourist attractions easily. The dining experience with classic fried fish was delicious. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable with a jacuzzi bath in the open plan room, just as described. However, the location felt unsafe for walking alone at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, but sometimes lacked information. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
